1. MouldMaking UK cannot be held responsible for the quality of casting, post production, and finished works produced by the customer themselves, from custom moulds that have been created by us.
2. We are also not responsible for damage or injury during the display or exhibition of any pieces created from our moulds by the customer.
3. The casting, post production, mounting, installation and maintenance of the products created from our moulds is the sole responsibility of the client. And should acquire their own suitable insurance for whatever use of the product as supplied by MouldMaking UK.
   And it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the suitability of any mould type, casting material or casting technique commissioned through MouldMaking UK, for whatever Project is being undertaken, at the beginning of the commissioning process.
4. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the type of mould, casting material and casting technique is suitable for the purposes of their given project. MouldMaking UK cannot be held responsible for defects in castings undertaken by the customer, using moulds supplied by us. And it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure all casting they do using our moulds is undertaken by a qualified and competent casting technician.
